PRESS RELEASE: Confection Reflection celebrates the extravagant culinary imaginings of 19th Century French Chef Urbain Dubois. An innovator of architectural cuisine, prolific author and perpetrator of complex culinary decoration, Dubois’ work is sculpturally re-imagined for Deptford X 2019. Tea and cake, both sculptural and edible, will be provided throughout the weekend.
