Japanese artist Tadashi Watanabe presents EMPTY / No.30 PROJECT, a live performance and installation in which the space is continuously altered through the artist’s physical actions.

Rather than presenting a fixed installation, Watanabe creates a temporary environment that evolves in real time. Materials, traces, movement, absence and presence accumulate and shift throughout the performance, allowing the audience to witness the transformation of the space itself as part of the work.

Positioned between performance art and installation, EMPTY / No.30 PROJECT explores the fragile relationship between the body and its surroundings, and how action can reshape both physical space and perception.
