Horizons.

An attempt to share and keep visual experience

OPENING NIGHT: Thursday 5 May 2022 | 6-9 PM

OPEN: Fri 6 - Sat 7 May, 12-7.30 PM / Sun 9 May, 12-6 PM

Horizons is an effort to collect twelve different approaches to photography. Most of the artists are recent or soon to become graduates from the BA programme in Fine Art and History of Art at Goldsmiths University and share an interest in the medium itself - its materiality, characteristics, and history.

The title Horizons has been borrowed from phenomenology, which aims to describe the perceiving process, as photography can be seen as an attempt to share and keep visual experience, but Horizons also refers to how the group works with landscape and boundaries in various ways.
