What to Bring: A 2D piece of artwork, preferably a print or drawing. Please note we cannot frame canvases on this course. All pieces to be framed must be smaller than A2.

Designed for all skill levels you will bring your own personal artwork in and be guided through the making process by our experienced tutor working with hand tools and traditional machinery. The course will cover conventional framing methods where you will learn how to mount, join, cut glass, stain and finish your frame. You will leave the course with your artwork framed and ready to hang at home.

The course will cover:

→ Mounting 2D Artwork or Photographs

→ Cutting wooden frame moulding to size

→ Cutting glass

→ Joining

→ Correct application of wood stain/paint/wax finishes

→ Fixings ready for hanging

About Charlotte Wosiek: Charlotte is a painter, illustrator and maker. Having been working as a DT technician specialising in product design for 8 years she joined Art Hub Studios in 2021 as the 3D workshop technician.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel 7 days or more before the course begins, we will provide a full refund minus a £10 admin fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of the course no refund will be given.

All our courses run on a minimum number of participants. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants for the course we unfortunately have to cancel. We will notify you 7 days before the start date and you will receive a full refund or we can transfer over to another date.

Participants must be over the age of 18.
